Our coaching is based on spiritual strength contributing the mental strength. "Head only" activity leads to hurried mind – and further to doubting, worrying, calculating and totally steering mind. In contrast to the cultivation of spiritual focus which is leading to the quiet mind - focused, deliberate, relaxed - and primarily non-stressful. Because we learn to not try too hard.
We teach our students to use natural help of the body extensively - learning breathing, visualizing and focusing techniques. Our practical results confirms fully that this holistic approach strengthens creativity and combat stress – for both children and adults.
Learning the students to involve the whole body both in music, in sports and in everyday life, we give them better understanding of the idea that “the whole is greater than the sum of the parts”. Being able to see the whole and not only the detail is an important feature in all of the contexts of life – and the main idea of the holistic view on things.
